    Take your training to the next level. While group classes are fun, challenging and social; sometimes you need a more personal approach. Personal training offers accountability, consistency and custom training plans. Katherine offers a few training styles: individual or small group. These packages are billed monthly and are set up with Katherine at your intro to training appoinment.

  • Reformer Pilates Training

    This specialized training on a pilates reformer is taught one on one in a private setting. This training is a full body workout focused on Pilates movements building a strong core first.

Private Yoga:

Katherine Jurva is a 500hr Yoga Teacher…
her favorite styles of yoga are Hot yoga in the style of Bikram and Restorative yoga in the style of Iyengar. Katherine began practicing yoga during her first pregnancy to help with back pain. She practiced vinyasa yoga on and off for several years before being trained to teach. Once expanding her knowledge of the practice she grew to love restorative yoga as it helped bring relief to sore joints from rheumatoid arthritis. Contact the studio if you wish to have a free consultation to discuss private yoga sessions. **Monthly membership rates are made available to clients who wish to exclusively practice yoga.

Private Reformer Pilates Training

One on one Reformer Pilates:

Katherine recently expanded her training into Mat & Reformer Pilates. She is now expanding private training on the reformer. Learn how to really train- instead of just exercise-with a focus on proper form, gradual progression, and sufficient recovery. Katherine will give you a solid foundation, prepare you for high intensity work and help you maximize your results. 60min sessions are offered. Packages are offered as well. New clients must all start with Intro to Reformer.
