Personal Training

Individual Training:

Choose between 2 to 8 sessions per month. Workouts will be customized for clients goals. New clients receive a free orientation session to set goals and review health history. Each session is 30 minutes.

All training packages include unlimited group fitness classes

Choose between 4 to 8 sessions per month. New clients receive a free orientation session to set goals and review health history. A customized training plan will be designed to meet clients goals. Each session is 55min.

Reformer Pilates

Small Group Training:

Choose between 4 to 8 sessions per month. New clients receive a free orientation session to set goals and review health history. Training groups have similar health goals but will be modified to accommodate fitness levels and injuries. Each session is 55min.
