Yoga Classes
Restorative: Restorative Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga with postures that are held for longer periods of time than in other yoga styles. This style of yoga is a passive, meditative form of yoga that allows you to focus on your breath while releasing tension in your body.
Flow: Flow is a type of yoga that focuses on the connection between breath, movement, and the mind. It is based on the principles of vinyasa yoga. This style of yoga is often referred to as 'flow' because it moves from one pose to another in a continuous, smooth way.
Katherine holds a 500hr YTT-specializing in restorative yoga and vinyasa flow.
Barre Classes
Barre Burn: Barre Burn class will leave you standing taller and moving with intention. This is not your average barre class. You will fuse Classic barre lines and deep core engagement with creative sequencing; leaving you feeling strong and graceful. These movements will use the power of music to enhance & challenge your body to move effortlessly.
Bootybarre: Bootybarre is an energetic Barre class that combines the precision of pilates, the flow of dance, and the active flexibility of yoga with high-energy, cardio moves that will tone and truly transform your body..

PILATES CLASSES
Power Pilates: A Pilates flow meets strength training to create the Power of Movement! Power Pilates hits every major muscle group with low impact exercises designed to tone, tighten and transform your body.
Core Sculpt: Core Sculpt is a hybrid pilates class that incorporates mat and reformer pilates exercises using long resistance bands. These exercises mimic Reformer Pilates movement hitting every major muscle group. Core Sculpt is great for improving mobility too.
Pilates Matrix: A fusion of pilates, ballet and fitness to sculpt long, lean muscles. This class is chair-based, form focused, and full-body. You will fire up every muscle with high-intensity strength training layered with core Pilates principles.
Pilates Barrel: This class will use a pilates prop called the Stability Barrel. This slow and purposeful mat pilates is designed to offer multiple exercise options that challenge balance, strength, proprioception and control.
