Yoga Classes

The heart of Soul Studio is our Yoga classes. We offer classes from Chair yoga to Hot Yoga. Katherine is 500hr YTT certified with specialities in Yoga Therapy.

Soul Studio is well known for its Flame Yoga. Our class will be up to 95 degrees and taught in the style of Bikram. Yoga classes will cycle through the year from Hot Yoga, Vinyasa Flow to Power Yoga. Keep an eye on the schedule!

Bamboo Restorative Yoga is a favorite. This style of yoga is to improve joint health, decrease stress and an excellent style for beginners.

Barre Classes

BootyBarre class is a combination of dance, pilates and yoga. We fuse it together for a fun energetic class that gets your heart pumping.

Bbarreless is the upbeat Barre fusion class. Incorporating barre movements without the traditional barre. This class combines the best pilates and barre movements for a fun strength based class. Improve mobility and flexibility as well.

Current Class offerings: Booty Barre/ Bootybarre Sculpt & Bbarreless.

We incorporate dumbbells, pilates balls, resistance bands in barre classes.

Katherine is a Certified Booty Barre Instructor, Bootybarre Sculpt & Bbarreless Instructor.

PILATES CLASSES

FLAME PILATES, COREFIRST PILATES & Mat Pilates:

Flame Pilates is not your average pilates class. This class uses movement inspired by mat pilates combined with HIIT segments. The room is heated from 85-90 degrees to elevate the intensity. It offers low impact exercises while bringing a cardiovascular component.

Power Pilates: A mat pilates class uses props such as balls, ankle weights, pilates rings and stability barrel/arc in classes. Class focus is using the core as your powerhouse!

COREFIRST PILATES: Inspired by Reformer pilates this class uses the COREFIRST training system. This class is focused on mind body connection; training the core first! Corefirst Pilates uses exercises from traditional Mat and Reformer pilates classes.

All Reformer Pilates is taught One on One Personal training. See memberships for options.

Katherine holds a 200hr Reformer Pilates Certification as well certified Mat 101 & 201 Instructor.
